This page explains the legal entities supporting BloxFi’s platform and services, their respective roles, and their regulatory status.
BloxFi connects businesses with payment, liquidity and account infrastructure through its platform and service relationships. The entity responsible for your services is identified during onboarding and in your applicable agreement.
Switzerland — Victus Ventures GmbH
Status: Swiss SRO affiliation
Company registration number: CHE-264.484.653
Registered address: Dammstrasse 16, 6300 Zug, Switzerland.
Victus Ventures GmbH is the Swiss entity through which eligible financial services are provided within the BloxFi offering, including supported fiat-to-stablecoin and stablecoin-to-fiat transactions.
The company operates under the Swiss self-regulatory organisation (SRO) framework for supervision of its obligations under Swiss anti-money-laundering legislation. Services are provided within the scope permitted by applicable law and the company’s regulatory arrangements.
SRO affiliation is not a banking licence and does not constitute FINMA approval of individual products or services. The relevant SRO supervises the company’s compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
Hong Kong — BLOXFI LIMITED
Status: Technology entity — no financial-services licence

BLOXFI LIMITED provides the technology supporting the BloxFi platform, including its dashboard, API, integrations and connectivity to payment and liquidity providers.
BLOXFI LIMITED is not a bank and does not hold a financial-services licence. Its role is to provide technology and facilitate access to services delivered by the separately identified financial-service entities and third-party providers.
Financial services accessed through the platform are subject to the relevant provider’s terms, eligibility requirements and applicable regulatory permissions.
Canada — BloxFi Payments Inc
Status: MSB registration in progress

BloxFi Payments Inc is the Canadian entity progressing its money services business (MSB) registration with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC).
The registration process is ongoing and has not yet been completed. Services requiring this registration will only be made available through this entity once the applicable registration and other legal requirements have been satisfied.
FINTRAC registration is an anti-money-laundering registration requirement. It does not constitute a financial-services licence or an endorsement of the business by FINTRAC.
United States — BloxFi USA LLC
Status: MSB registration in progress
BloxFi USA LLC is the United States entity progressing its money services business (MSB) registration with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).
The registration process is ongoing and has not yet been completed. Any launch of regulated services through this entity is subject to the applicable federal and state requirements.
FinCEN registration does not constitute a banking licence, government endorsement or a substitute for any required state money-transmitter licences.
British Virgin Islands — BloxFi Holding Ltd
Status: Non-operational holding company
Company number: 2210802
Jurisdiction: British Virgin Islands.
BloxFi Holding Ltd is a holding entity established for corporate ownership purposes. It does not provide operational payment, conversion, account or custody services to clients.
Its incorporation in the British Virgin Islands does not constitute a financial-services authorisation.
Which entity provides your services?
The relevant contracting entity, service provider and applicable terms are identified during onboarding and in the documentation governing your services.
An entity’s licence, registration or SRO affiliation applies to that entity and the activities within its permitted scope. It does not automatically extend to other entities using the BloxFi brand or to third-party providers.
Banking, payment, account and digital-asset services may involve separate providers. Their participation and the applicable arrangements depend on the service and payment route.
Service availability
Services are subject to your location, business activity, onboarding approval, provider availability and applicable legal requirements.
A registration described as “in progress” has not been completed and should not be interpreted as an existing authorisation. Availability of a product or currency on the website does not mean that every listed entity offers that service in every jurisdiction.
